Sometimes we may not get it right ! In such cases we are of course genuinely sorry and we want to learn from any mistakes. If you have a complaint please use the form below to let us know the details.
What happens next
Your complaint will be reviewed by our senior management/directors. We may need further details in which case we will get in touch with you.
If your complaint concerns one of our staff/volunteers we will share the details you have provided with the individual concerned. We will not share your name without discussing this with you first. We will not share any contact details you may have provided to us.
If your complaint concerns a third party we will contact you before sharing any details you have provided with that third party.
We will respond to your complaint within 2 weeks of submission of the complaint
